HYBRID PLAYBILL – PRINT & DIGITAL COMPONENTS
Our hybrid playbill plan consists of a two-page or four-page print component that includes the essential information – cast roster, essential credits, and other core data – for a production. It also includes a QR code that can be read by mobile devices to access a complete digital playbill. That QR code can also be printed in a larger format and displayed at strategic points in the lobby for easy pre-performance or intermission access to the digital content without having the print component in hand, and it can be deployed in advertising, newsletters, and other marketing materials in advance of a performance to generate interest.
The savings on printing costs in the hybrid system can be substantial. Additional advantages include:

- ease of scheduling – the digital side can be edited right up to opening week

TWO-PAGE SELF-PRINT EDITION
The two-page self-print edition is designed with minimal color use so that it can be printed as needed in your office on a typical desktop printer. It is designed in a two-up format that is cut in half to create a 5.5″ x 8.5 in two-sided flyer-style handout.
TWO-PAGE OFFSET-PRINT EDITION
The two-page offset-print edition is designed with your full-color playbill cover art on one side and summary data and a QR code on the other. They are printed on postcard stock and can also be used for promotional distribution in places where cards and flyers are picked up.
FOUR-PAGE SELF-PRINT EDITION
The four-page self-print edition is designed with minimal color use so that it can be printed as needed in your office on a typical desktop printer. It is designed to be folded in half to create a 5.5″ x 8.5″ mini-playbill.
FOUR-PAGE OFFSET-PRINT EDITION
The four-page offset-print edition is designed with your full-color playbill cover on the front followed by three pages of summary data. This is useful either for larger productions when coupled with a digital playbill or on its own for small readings and recitals where three pages for data are sufficient.
The fully digital playbill or program can include actor photos, cast and creative team and biographies, dramaturgy and other editorial, donor lists and recognition, interactive advertising, production photo galleries, and much more. It is hosted, secured, and downloadable, and can be shared via link or a provided QR code graphic in ticketing emails, on your website, in newsletters and press kits, on social media, and other online platforms.
